Allison Jones Rushing Confirmed to 4th Circuit Seat

Yesterday, Allison Jones Rushing was confirmed to the Fourth Cicuit.  She becomes the youngest federal judge in the country, and will replace Judge Allyson Duncan.  For our prior post on this appointment, click here.
