Nathan is an associate attorney at Fox Rothschild where he focuses on issues and appeals. While his practice covers a wide array of legal areas, Nathan particularly enjoys engaging with state and federal constitutional law. Before private practice, Nathan clerked for the Honorable Tamara Patterson Barringer of the Supreme Court of North Carolina. Nathan graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law with high honors and served as the publication editor of Volume 99 of the North Carolina Law Review.
